10 Banded good mornings 5s pause at full hamstring extension
2min lunge hold each side
  • In a lunge position vertical shin
  • Push forward to open hips

2min calf smash with ball

  • In a seated position
  • Massage ball under calf
  • Cross non rolling leg over to add additional weight
  • Roll left to right finding sore spots
  • Stick over these sore spots until you feel tension release
