The Green band is currently our strongest resistance band. Its supply's around 50-120 pounds of extra resistance depending how far it is stretched. Being strong the green band is great for exercise like squats, agility sprints, jumps (all can be seen in our exercise page). The green band is also a great tool for stretching a mobilisation. when added to a stretch it can give extra tension to gain further range of motion. The Green band can also be great for weaker users. They are great for beginners on pull ups, dips and so much more. Take a look at our exercise page to see its versatility.
